Our leadership
Wayne is a recognized technical leader in cybersecurity and software development, advising both government and commercial clients. He has over 22 years of experience in the National Security arena and is passionate about recruiting employees who want to apply their skills to the National Security mission. His family of 4 resides in Baltimore county with their dog Sully and cats Biscuit and Sherbet. He originally hails from Queens, NY and loves both NY and Baltimore sports; the Giants, Ravens, Mets, Orioles, Knicks and Islanders.
Doug Bellhorn is a founding partner of MissionEdge Technologies with over 37 years of experience in the Department of Defense. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, he served for 10 years before transitioning into the private sector, where his leadership and dedication have shaped a respected and enduring career. Born and raised in a small town in Michigan, he carries with him the values of hard work, integrity, and community. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with his two daughters and family.
Othell is a seasoned Defense industry professional with over 20 years of experience delivering system, integration, and end-to-end engineering solutions. Holding a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Information Technology from UNC Charlotte (Go Niners!), he combines technical expertise with a passion for innovation. Outside of work, he enjoys tinkering with 3D printing and CNC, gaming with his kids, and competing in action shooting competitions.
